The Baroque weekends in Thiene is underway (VI)

A Thiene (VI), at the Città di Thiene Music Institute, The APS Music Association sweet accents, In collaboration with the Municipality of Thiene and the Città di Thiene Music Institute, He is starting a project for the disclosure of ancient music and executive practice through individual and orchestral music lessons.

The project is aimed at everyone, including adults interested in approaching or deepening ancient music and executive practice on the original instruments. It is particularly dedicated to young people in training to acquire musical skills increasingly requested in the world of work, promoting the “instrumental bilingualism”.

A Thiene, We designed the Baroque weekends, one per month in intensive form, To train these young participants who will have the opportunity to collaborate with other international baroque youth orchestras, offering them a unique experience of exchange, Relations and friendship.

Meetings and performances:

Sassari the 17 May together with the students of the Ancient Music Academy C. Galan, and the students of the Early Music Youth Orchestra by Dr Alberto Sanna from the United Kingdom.

Chichester (United Kingdom)  June in London with the boys of the London String Academy

Thiene (VI) and Vicenza from 17 al 24 August together with the youth orchestra of the Hoff-Barthelson Music School New York and the boys of the Early Music Youth OrchestraOf Dr Alberto Sannafrom the United Kingdom.

Costs:

• 100 euro for each weekend
• 1 Hour of individual lesson by tool
• 2 hours of orchestra
• 3 hours of listening to the other lessons

It is not necessary to have an original tool (like cords in a gut), But it is recommended to have an easily available Baroque arch on Amazon (cost about 60-70 euro).

The same applies to guitarists, who can use their guitars to practice the continuous bass and the study of envelope.

The invitation is currently addressed to violinists, Violists, cellors, guitarists, Pianists and singers, with the possibility of including (depending on the requests) also instrumentalists in breath in the future.
