Founded in 2000 the instrumentalists of the Dolci Accenti ensemble come from different artistic and cultural experiences; they met during their study courses at the Vicenza Conservatory, where they specialized in the performance of the musical repertoire of the 17th and early 18th centuries, deepening the study and research on original sources such as treatises, music, prints, manuscripts and chronicles of the time.
Parallel to the interest in instrumental music of that period, they turned their attention to vocal music and its expressive potential. All, who plays with copies of original instruments, he interprets and is particularly interested in the musical production of one of the most flourishing periods, varied and rich in music, not only Italian.
Dolci accenti ensemble, among other concert associations, he was invited to the Sighisoara Medieval Arts Festival (Romania) where he recorded for Romanian radio, the Vilnius (Lithuania) Lithuanian Academy of Music. He has been a guest since 2002 al 2006 at the Monte Acuto Festival (Sardinia), and in the following years with the friends of music in Milazzo, Caltanissetta, Bellini Association of Messina, at the Bosa international festival, at the Bocche music festival, Reserved sounds, Note Senza tempo, Classic Brianza, Ravenna Festival, Italian consulate in Wolfsburg (D), Voices of Europe Festival, Oristano concert organization, Nuoro baroque festival, Caimari international early music festival (Palma de Mallorca), Val di Noto International Festival “Baroque Magic”, Festival The streets of Baroque Genoa, Felix music Foggia, Barocknich Umeni Festival in the Czech Republic, to the Ancient Music Festival in Zaragoza, Barockcada Festival in Romania.
The musicians of the Dolci Accenti ensemble collaborate with the most important Italian and foreign groups, (The Baroqueists, Swiss Italian Radio, Venice baroque Orchestra, Auser musicians, De Labyrintho just to name a few), by registering the disc through the Come Touch label, Stradivarius, gloss, Sony, Naxos, German gramophones, K617, Arts, Bongiovanni, Dynamic, CPO, ecc.
The Dolci accenti ensemble recorded “Bitte Ruhe”, the complete unpublished sonatas by Fr. Ruhe for viola da gamba and continuous bass and for Urania Record, “Occhi Vaghi e leggiadri” with instrumental and vocal music by 600 Italian. For Brilliant Classic the sonatas for cello and continuous bass by Giovanni Battista Sammartini from op.4.
The musicians with sweet accents are teachers of the Galan Academy, the orchestral project of ancient music for young talents based in Sassari and Caltanissetta which hosts among all the locations around 50 Boys.
