Galán Academy in Caltanissetta

The training activity continues Galán Academy in the splendid headquarters of Caltanissetta at the DesTEENazione centre.

On the weekend of 15 e 16 maggio 2026 our teachers will meet around twenty kids from music schools, from the musical high school and the conservatory, for a full immersion dedicated to ancient music, in preparation for the concert 21 June, on the occasion of Music Festival.

This is an important commitment for the young participants, who will be immersed in study for many hours, in ensemble rehearsals and in listening to each other, living an intense experience of musical and personal growth. Moments like these represent not only a high-level training opportunity, but also a precious opportunity for sharing, friendship and collaboration between kids who share the same passion for music.

The Academy's activity thus continues to promote the diffusion of historical performance practice among the new generations, offering young musicians the opportunity to approach the ancient repertoire through instruments, languages ​​and study methods capable of enhancing collective work and the sense of belonging to the group.

The journey will culminate in the concert of 21 June, an event that will celebrate music as a meeting experience, growth and participation.
