The next 19 March there will be the first baroque violin masterclass held by maestro Attilio Motzo.
Graduated with top marks and honors with Renato Giangrandi at the Cagliari Conservatory, he followed the violin and quartet specialization courses of the Acc. Chigiana with Salvatore Accardo, Franco Gulli, Piero Farulli. He collaborated for many years as first violin with Spazio Musica, Trento Festival '900, CARME association of Milan, Orchestra of the Teatro Comunale of Florence, Academy of the 18th century Italian, Mantua Chamber Orchestra etc. Dal 1984 if you dedicate
to baroque and classical music with original instruments. He collaborated with the ensembles directed by P. Herreweghe, J. Savall, S. Kuijken, B. Kuijken, T. Koopman, C. Coin, L. Eat horse, M. Suzuki. E’ first violin of the Auser Musici Ensemble of Pisa. He recorded the Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin and the Sonatas for Violin and Harpsichord (with the harpsichordist Fabrizio Marchionni) di J.S. Bach. He is a violin teacher at the “Luigi Canepa” Conservatory of Music in Sassari.

The Galán academy organizes master classes on weekends and they can be booked individually.
