He graduated in classical guitar, with top marks at the «V. Bellini" of Caltanissetta, and in Lute at the Ancient Music department of the «A. Pedrollo from Vicenza.
He refined his guitar technique by following international masters held by masters: Alirio Diaz (Venezuela), Vladimir Mikulka (Czechoslovakia) Angel Torrisi (Argentina). He has attended several international masterclasses in lute and basso continuo, held by the Masters: A. Damiani (Italia), Pedro Memesdorf (Argentina), Paolo Cherici (Italia), Gilbert Bezzina (France), Terrell Stone (Usa), Rolf Lislevand (Norway).
He has to his credit, several hundred concerts held in Italy and abroad for the most important festivals and concert associations. E’ continuum player in various ensembles and baroque orchestras, between these: Dolci Accenti , Barocchists. With Auser Musici he recorded the unreleased song by F. Gasperini “Mirena and Florio”. Con the baroque orchestra La lyra di Anfione created, in collaboration with the singing academy of the "Teatro alla Scala" in Milan, “La Cecchina” by N. Little ones, for the season of the “Petruzzelli” theater in Bari.
There are several recordings for the Bongiovanni labels, Sinphonia, Tactus and national radio stations such as "Radio due" of the Italian Swiss Radio, Radio Romania International and for Romanian state TV.
With Dolci Accenti ensemble he recorded “Silence please!” sonatas for viola da gamba and basso continuo diFr. Quiet. In the 2016 “0which are vague and graceful” Urania records edit, It is in the 2021 Sammartini's sonatas op. 4 for cello and continuous bass for Brilliant records
The teaching and concert activity in Italy and abroad aimed at disseminating Italian music of the 16th and 17th centuries is intense.. with copies of period instruments such as: Renaissance Lute, Archlute, thiorba, Baroque guitar and Baroque lute. He is a guitar teacher at the “D.A.Azuni” music high school in Sassari.
Dal 2019 he is responsible for the organization of the international ancient music festival Note senza tempo in Sassari and of the SYEMF, Sassari Early Music Festival dedicated to young musical talents.
